Method 3 Backing an easy European sponges .....Cake......
1)Preheat the oven to 350°f(177°C).grease a pan and set aside.
2)Sift flour and backing powder together.Sift the dry ingredients into large mixing bowl.
3) Cream the butter and sugar .
4)Beat in the eggs....
5)Add the flour....
6)Pour batter into cake pan....
7)Let cool.
